Welcome to CashTrust, a service provided by CashTech Solution Sdn Bhd ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Smart Contract Operations

CashTrust facilitates blockchain-based smart contract transactions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All transactions are irreversible once recorded on the blockchain.
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from the use of the smart contracts.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and wallet credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the App or our services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property in the App are owned by or licensed to CashTech Solution Sdn Bhd. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashTech Solution Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of the App.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashTech Solution Sdn Bhd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or use the App in an unlawful manner.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
